Q. Can I have more than one user code?
A. Yes. Our standard security panel can accommodate up to 49 different user codes.
Q. How long will my battery last?
A. Under normal operating conditions, the battery should last 3 – 4 years. A monitored security system will notify our technician when a battery needs to be replaced.
Q. Can I arm and disarm my system from my iPhone?
A. Yes. Our Platinum package includes apps for both iPhone and Android smartphones.
Q. Do I get a discount on my homeowners insurance?
A. Most of the time. Contact your insurance agent for details.
Q. How will I know my system is working properly?
A. All of our systems are programmed to for a weekly system test. This test signal lets us know that your system is working properly. If, for some reason the test indicates a problem, we will contact you to schedule a service call. If you would like your panel to test more often, contact your technician for details.
Q. Can I disable the motion detector in "Away" mode?
A. Yes. You can bypass the motion detector. However, we do not recommend this as the system is not fully secured. Contact your technician for further information.
Q. Is a wireless system as reliable as a "wired" system?
A. Yes. Both types of systems will notify our dispatchers if there is a problem. Our dispatchers will then contact the customer, technician or Emergency Personnel per our standard procedures. To customize your standard procedures, contact your technician for details.
Q. Do I need a permit for my alarm?
A. This depends on where you live. Check with your local authorities. Tulsa and Broken Arrow require a permit to be on file with the city for Emergency response.
Q. Do I need to run wires throughout my home for the security system?
A. No. Wireless technology has advanced to the point of not requiring wires. Contact your technician for further details.

Q. Can I view my security cameras from other locations?
A. Yes. With our Platinum Service, you can view security cameras from any laptop, iPhone or Android powered smartphone. Ask your technician for details.
